By Obtaining A Bid Card You Are Agreeing To These Terms
We Accept : Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express & most
major Debit Cards, Checks approved by TeleCheck with valid picture drivers
license.
- ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS, NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, NO EXCEPTIONS NO
REFUNDS
- $1.00 auction fee per item
- ALL PURCHASES MUST BE PAID FOR DAY OF SALE NO EXCEPTIONS
- Sales tax of 6 % will be collected on all purchases
- Those tax exempt must present for our file a copy of their tax permit
- The auctioneer will indicate when an item is sold to a bidder by
identification of the bidder's number
- A bid is a legal & binding contract
- In the event of a discrepancy as to the bid, it must be brought to the
attention of the auctioneer at that time & before the next item is sold
- Look all items over before you bid, WE ARE OPEN FOR PREVIEW BEFORE EVERY
AUCTION
- The auctioneer & auction employees reserve the right to bid on items for
their personal use
- In the event of a tie bid or miscall between the auctioneer or a ring man,
the auctioneer's decision is FINAL
- The auctioneer reserves the right to modify or change the order of items
up for bid, combining lots or removing an item from the sale
- Each buyer will need to get their own bid card, no splitting up tickets
between buyers at payout
Assistance in packing & loading items is provided as a
courtesy only. Smith Family Auctions Will Not assume any liability for loss
or damages. You are free to load your merchandise after presenting a paid
ticket to auction personnel.
